• Booking details — when you book a trial class through our booking page (hosted by Kicksite), you may provide your name, phone number, email address and the program you are interested in.
• WhatsApp and phone contact — when you message or call us, we receive your name, phone number and the content of your message.
• Email — when you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Schedule and confirm your trial class and follow up on your request.
• Answer your questions and communicate about classes, schedules and memberships.
• Manage memberships and academy operations.

3. Third-party services

Our trial bookings are processed through Kicksite, a gym management platform. Information you submit on the booking page is handled by Kicksite on our behalf and is subject to Kicksite's own privacy policy.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Our social media presence on Instagram is likewise governed by Instagram's policies.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, manage your membership, or meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

6. Children

Our programs include classes for children from age 3. We only collect information about children from their parent or legal guardian, and we use it solely to enrol and manage the child's participation in classes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
